The team was friendly, and communicated very well through the whole leasing process, even with the apartments complex being sold to a new leasing office mid negotiations, everything worked out in my girlfriend’s and I’s favor, and was handled quickly and professionally. We used Zenith to find a home to rent when we initially moved to WA in 2021 and had a great experience with Zenith – not the landlord – but that’s a whole other story. Anyway, when we decided to move back to the East Coast in 2024 we initially tried to sell our home – which didn’t work out. Our immediate first thought was to reach out to Zenith. From the beginning the staff was very professional and kept us in the loop with every detail. They gave us suggestions on what to do to get the home ready to rent and coordinated all the work that needed to be done. We can relax knowing our home is under great management with Zenith!
