Broker Referral Program
$700 Management Referral
We offer a $700 REFERRAL FEE to any licensed broker to refer us a client we sign up for property management services.
We GUARANTEE to return the referred client back to the referring broker when that referred client sells.

Zenith Properties NW, LLC agrees to pay the referring agent’s brokerage a one-time fee of $700. This fee will be paid to the referring agent’s brokerage once the home is rented and under a current management agreement. We recommend that the referring agent prepare the owner for a phone call from Zenith. This will facilitate a smooth transfer.

When a tenant moves out of your home, our maintenance team will walk the property to conduct a full inspection and take a move-out video as well as detailed photos. Once all necessary turn and maintenance work has been determined, scheduled, and completed, our team will return to the home to conduct another walkthrough, taking a pre-move-in inspection video and photos. These videos and photos will be used to compare the condition of the home before and after, making sure any occupants are held responsible for any damages or repairs.
We conduct quarterly drive-bys, taking note of the exterior condition of your home to make sure the occupants are held accountable. We also conduct routine inspections after 9 months of occupancy to review the condition of the home and make sure any and all maintenance-related items are taken care of.
